Lunch at "Obanzai Nanohana", which is about a 6-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station, down Gokodori Rokkaku.
When I was looking at the lunch menu sign at the storefront, I was told "Please" and opened the door.
I haven't decided whether to enter yet, but it's a very aggressive shop.
I'm worried about this forcibleness, but I don't have much time.
Inside the store, take off your shoes, a counter, two table seats, and a semi-private room in the back. I wonder if there is another second floor.
I will be forced to sit at the counter for a while. Customer service is quite forcible.
I look at the menu, thinking that this is the type of restaurant I hate.
Lunch is "Obanzai Lunch Set" for 980 yen.
Plus, the recommended menu is 1600 yen, which seems to have meat and fish tempura.
Without hesitation, I ordered the "Obanzai Lunch Set" for 980 yen.
And this is a real hit!
There are 4 obanzai dishes. Boiled radish and chicken. Daikon radish with plenty of soup stock, crispy chicken.
It's delicious. Obanzai, which is made by chopping cucumber and carrot, has a nice taste with vinegar. The tofu is also rich. Obviously good.
The grilled fish soaked in soy sauce mirin is also excellent. Perfect with brown rice.
Tempura appears with a time lag. Tentsuyu has a nice soup stock. Do you say soy sauce?
There are only vegetables in the 980 yen set, but there is no problem at all. Shishito, shiitake mushrooms, eggplants, pumpkins.
When the eggplant is chewed, the juice of the eggplant and the oil of the batter spread in the mouth nicely.
But oil is not heavy.
Miso soup is rich red and Japanese pepper is effective.
Overall, it's obanzai-like and refreshing, but the taste of the ingredients is rich and the taste is crisp.
Even more. This comes with dessert. This day is sesame pudding.
This is also rich. Sesame seeds.
It was a nice surprise because I didn't have much expectation due to the appearance and the force of the clerk.
It was more delicious than I expected.
