I was recommended by a friend who loves ramen in Kyoto, so I went to "Gouriki".
It is a shop that boasts Tantan noodles.
HM. I don't think there are many people who come to Kyoto to say "I want to eat dandan noodles in Kyoto!"
Living in Kyoto isn't all about Japanese food anymore. ..
If you really want to eat dandan noodles! Please when it becomes.
The place is about a 6-minute walk from Karasuma Oike Station.
There is no particular line.
The appearance creates a veteran atmosphere.
The inside of the store is a little old Chinese style.
It feels like a few regulars are having a relaxing lunch break.
The clerk is refreshing and cozy.
This is the soupless Tantanmen that we are proud of.
By the way, what is the difference between Shirunashi Tantanmen and Taiwan Mazesoba?
The roots of dandan noodles are in Sichuan, China. At the site, Tantan noodles are basically without soup.
As for general dandan noodles, Chen Kenmin started serving dandan noodles with soup for Japanese people.
So, in Tokyo, there were only a few shops that served soupless tantanmen as a back menu.
However, in 2001, Shirunashi Tantanmen suddenly became a boom in Hiroshima, and since then it has spread nationwide.
It is also characterized by the direct flavor of Chinese pepper and Chinese pepper (Hua Jiao).
On the other hand, Taiwan mixed soba.
The origin of this place is Nagoya. Using Taiwan minced meat seems to be a tentative definition.
There is no such dish in Taiwan, and it is interesting to name it Taiwan Mazesoba.
And, of course, it gets mixed up in a mess.
This feeling, there is something that is similar to Sanuki udon.
A sense of immorality that messed up in a blink of an eye even though the toppings were beautiful.
I think this is also the appeal of mixed soba noodles, but how about everyone?
What do the shop owners think about it?
Ah, thinking that even if you serve it, it will be messed up anyway.
I wonder if it's served.
When I thought about it, I finished eating in an instant!
It's still delicious!
In addition to the flavor of Chinese pepper (Hua Jiao), it is somewhat reminiscent of spice curry.
It has a slightly southern spice than China, but it is in perfect harmony with the noodles and is delicious.
I finish eating in a blink of an eye.
It has a nice taste of dandan noodles and curry.
Finally, add rice and stone-grilled bibimbap.
Well, Chinese dandan noodles, plus Taiwanese mazesoba, curry, and Korean style also came in here.
Well, it feels like I've traveled to four countries with one meal.
In addition, I have been to Hiroshima and Nagoya in Japan.
It was a great lunch.
