Food, Cafe, and Sake Everyday +] Healthy Lunch with Nutritional Balance

Gohan to café to sake, everyday + is located on Sanjo-dori, Takakura-dori Higashi-iru, Kyoto.

What is the “+” at the end of this word?

I guess it means to add something extra to your daily diet.

The nearest station is Karasuma-Oike Station, about an 8-minute walk away.

It is also a short 10-minute walk from Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station.

The store is located on the third floor of a multi-tenant building along a fashionable street.

You can enjoy a healthy lunch using vegetables and rice directly sent from contracted farmers.

Moreover, the menu is carefully balanced with nutritional information provided by a nutritionist.

They have given a great deal of thought to meals that are good for the body.

The first floor of the restaurant is marked by the calm and fashionable Sanjo Street.

The entrance is via a rather narrow staircase, so be careful not to miss it.

Lunch is the restaurant’s specialty, “Ichiju Sansai” (one soup, three vegetables).

The simplicity and minimalism of this dish looks very good for your health.

I decided to have lunch here today!

Climbing up the stairs, you will feel stylish at once.

It is something like an aromatherapy or massage parlor, or something relaxing and fashionable like that.

Inside, you go through a narrow passageway to the back.

Ah, it is surprisingly bright with sunlight.

Gorgeous sofa seats. This looks like it would be relaxing.

If I came here as a café, I would definitely want to sit here.

However, since we were here for lunch today, we chose to sit at a table.

There are also counter seats, so there is a wide range of selections.

A “one-soup, three-course meal” is the featured lunch at Gohan to Cafe to Sake Everyday Chahan+.

A healthy and well-balanced meal! It’s good.

It looks like something Tanita would recommend.

Or, it looks like something you would find on a conscious person’s healthy meal menu.

It definitely looks good for dieting.

Counting the plates, one, two, three, four. Oh, I guess the oshinko doesn’t count as three vegetables!

The “one soup and three vegetables” of the day were,

One soup: Miso soup with deep-fried tofu and mitsuba leaves

Vegetable dish No. 1: Kyoto deep-fried pork and vegetables with savory sauce

Vegetable #2: Daikon radish salad

The third dish was lotus root dressed with sesame paste.

The miso soup with deep-fried tofu is so good. It is very good for the body.

Both the radish salad and the lotus root with sesame paste are refreshing, yet full of flavor.

The flavors of the ingredients come straight out.

The “Kyoto deep-fried pork and plenty of vegetables with savory sauce” caught the rice with gusto and made it go down a treat.

The vegetable sauce is also poured over the rice, so you can take in a good amount of vegetables.

Each side dish and rice dish tastes as if it has been carefully prepared.

I especially recommend this restaurant to those who live a lunch life of hamburgers, curry, and ramen.

You will be able to enjoy a lunch that will open your eyes.

You will reflect on the fact that you used to eat rice and eat it in a big gulp.

Chew each bite thoroughly, enjoying the crunchiness of the daikon radish and the slurp of the fried bean curd,

I reflected on the fact that eating is something to be done.

If you think your diet has been disordered lately, this is a must try.
